A walk-in day is an event at a tattoo studio when you can get tattooed without booking in advance. Artists prepare ready-made flash designs, and clients come in, pick a motif and wait their turn.
How does a walk-in day work?
The event is usually tied to a specific date, such as Friday the 13th or Halloween. The designs are small or medium, and their prices are often set in advance. Clients are seen in order of arrival, depending on how many artists are working. Time is the limit: once the schedule is full, no more clients are taken.
Walk-in versus a regular visit to Dirty Lust
Day to day, sessions at Dirty Lust are by appointment, after a consultation and a deposit. If we run a walk-in event, we announce it separately. The rules for visits are set out in our studio terms.
