The Client is obliged to read and accept the Terms and Conditions of Dirty Lust Tattoo Studio (hereinafter referred to as the “Studio”).

1. Health and Safety Rules

  • All persons present in the Studio are required to wear a face mask covering the nose and mouth.
  • The Studio provides hand sanitizing products.
  • The Studio ensures that all tools and materials used during procedures are sterile.
  • Only Studio staff and clients may remain on the premises. If a client requires assistance, one caregiver may also be present.
  • For safety and sanitary reasons, accompanying persons, children, and animals are not permitted in the Studio, except for guide dogs. During the procedure, guide dogs must remain in the waiting area.
  • Clients are required to arrive at the Studio at their scheduled appointment time.
  • With the Client’s consent, the Studio may collect necessary personal data for the purpose of notifying the Client about potential contact with an infected person and assessing the risk of exposure to SARS-CoV-2, in accordance with Article 9(2)(i) of the GDPR.
  • Smoking, consumption of alcoholic beverages, and use of intoxicating substances are strictly prohibited on the Studio premises.
  • The Studio does not perform procedures on persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • Clients are strictly prohibited from touching tattoo equipment, tools, or auxiliary materials. Failure to comply may result in serious health risks.
  • Personal belongings must not be placed on tattoo artists’ workstations.
  • Consuming food in the tattooing area is prohibited (drinks are permitted).
  • The Studio performs procedures only on persons aged 18 years or older. Minors aged 16–17 may receive a tattoo only with the written and personal consent of their legal guardians and in their presence.

2. Booking Policy

  • The price of each tattoo is determined individually.
  • Prior to booking an appointment, the Client must attend a consultation by phone or online. During the consultation, details regarding the design, placement, color scheme, and other relevant elements will be discussed.
  • To reserve an appointment, the Client is required to pay a deposit equal to 50% of the tattoo price. A deposit is also required for each subsequent scheduled appointment.
  • The deposit must be transferred within three business days from the date the appointment is agreed upon. After this period, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
  • Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the Client.
  • Failure to attend the scheduled appointment or failure to provide at least five days’ notice before the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
  • The Studio reserves the right to reschedule an agreed appointment date.
  • Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and consent to the performance of the procedure.

3. Design and Tattoo Procedure

  • Tattoo artists typically prepare tattoo designs on the day of the scheduled appointment. Preparing a design in advance remains at the sole discretion of the tattoo artist.
  • All tattoo designs and tattoos are protected by copyright. Copying is strictly prohibited.
  • The Studio retains copyright to all photographs and completed works.
  • During the appointment, the final design, placement, size, color scheme, and any additional tattoo elements are confirmed before the procedure begins.
  • A tattoo artist may refuse to perform a tattoo if it is deemed harmful to the Client’s health or contrary to the artist’s personal beliefs.
  • A tattoo artist may discontinue the procedure if the Client’s condition deteriorates or if adverse skin reactions occur, including severe redness, bruising, excessive plasma discharge, or bleeding.
  • The Studio performs cover-up tattoos. However, we cannot guarantee that they will look identical to tattoos created on previously untattooed skin.

4. Aftercare Policy

  • After the procedure, the Studio provides detailed tattoo aftercare instructions.
  • The Studio is not responsible for complications resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions.
  • The Studio is not responsible for the way pigments heal or settle in the skin. Each Client is individually informed about the healing process and possible pigment behavior.
  • If necessary, the Studio offers one free touch-up session. The Client should schedule the touch-up no sooner than one month after the tattoo has been completed.
  • Requests for touch-ups made after this period will be subject to an additional fee.
