We see it a little differently. At our tattoo shop Warsaw, there are times when we tell a client, "We don't think that's the best idea." Not because we don't want to do the tattoo. Quite the opposite. We simply want to make sure you'll still be happy with it years from now.
Not Every Design Works Well as a Tattoo
The internet is full of great inspiration. The problem is that not everything that looks amazing on a phone screen will look just as good as a tattoo.
Very small lettering, lots of tiny details or extremely thin lines naturally change over time. That's simply how tattoos age, and it's something worth knowing before making a decision.

This is one of the situations we see most often. A client brings us a design full of detail and wants it to fit into a space that's only a few centimetres wide. Technically, it can often be done.
The real question is: will it still look good five or ten years from now?
If we have any doubts, we'll tell you openly. We'd rather spend a few extra minutes talking about the project than have someone regret their decision later.
Your Anatomy Matters
A tattoo isn't a picture hanging on a wall. It's part of your body, and your body moves every day. That's why every design should work with your anatomy. Sometimes moving a design just a few centimetres or adjusting its proportions slightly can make a huge difference to the final result.
Very often, it's those small details that make the biggest difference.

That doesn't mean you shouldn't choose something that's currently popular. But it's always worth asking yourself one simple question:
Will I still like this tattoo ten years from now?
